Got Fence? Indy is a quote matching service for Central Indiana homeowners. We connect people requesting residential fence information with independent local installers.
What you share
When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, phone number, project ZIP code, fence preferences, timeline, and your consent to contact and sharing. You may also provide an email address, approximate measurements, gate count, estimated budget, and project notes. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive personal information in your notes.
How your request is used
We receive your request by email through Amazon Web Services’ Simple Email Service (SES). We review it, may contact you about it, and share your project and contact details with independent local fence installers so they can discuss your project and provide quotes. Those installers handle their own communications, agreements, and information practices. Submitting a request is free; no payment is collected on this website.
Storage and retention
This website does not maintain a customer account or lead database. Submitted details are stored in the receiving email mailbox and may be included in communications with installers. We retain those communications as needed to handle requests and related business records. Installers may retain the information shared with them under their own practices.
Technical information
The server temporarily uses your network address to limit repeated submissions. These in-memory records expire after approximately 15 minutes and reset when the server restarts. Hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect the service. We do not intentionally include form contents in application logs.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. Form entries remain in the current browser page while you complete your request; we do not intentionally save them to browser storage.
Questions and requests
You can ask about your request, ask us to stop contacting you, or request removal of information we hold by replying to a Got Fence? Indy follow-up communication. If an installer has already received your information, contact that installer directly about its records or communications.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
